and professional service. Our Systems Engineers have the following
certifications; MCP, MCSE, CNA, A+, wiring certifications and
numerous HP, Compaq and Toshiba factory trained certifications.

In-Store Repair Workflow: When a machine
comes in, it is checked into our service queue. In a maximum
of 2 business days the technician will call you with a full
diagnosis. If the problem is completely covered by Warranty
or a maintenance contract no charges will be involved. If
the problem is not covered, the technician will give you a
full repair estimate including parts and labour. If you decline
the repair, a $52.50 diagnostic fee will apply. If you approve
the repair you pay for parts, labour and the $52.50 diagnostic
fee is waived. Once the repair is completed you will be called.
Payment will be due when you pickup your machine.
On-Site Service: Call 328-3040.
Our service staff will take your information and forward it
to our on-site technician. Our Dispatcher will then call you
back as soon as possible to schedule the appointment.
On-site repair labour is billed at an hourly rate. Our standard
on-site labour rate is $105 an hour. On-site service includes:
Computer/Copier/Fax/Printer, software/hardware troubleshooting
& repair, training, consultation, networking, systems-integration,
server-administration, etc. Some hardware repairs are not
practical to do on-site. If the process of the repair is considered
dangerous, or would require equipment not available for on-site
use, we then recommend pick-up & delivery service. |
